How do I set up my Family Account?

In the upper left hand corner, you will find Sign Up and Login links. Each family will have one Family Account. Once a Family Account is created, the individual that created that account will add individual participants to Crossbar (players), and can invite other family members to be added to the Family Calendar and Manage the Account. 

Can I have more than one Family Account?

No. Each player can only be attached to one family account. If you need to add another family member or guardian to an account, you must add them individually by participant on your "Account" Page. 

How do I add another Parent / Guardian to my account?

Step #1 - Have the parent that originally registered players log into the website

Step #2 - FOR EACH CHILD REGISTERED: Under "Participants" click the icon of the participant for whom you want to add a parent/guardian.

STEP #3 - Under the "Accounts" section in the player's profile, click the "(+ Add)" button in the top right, then enter the email address of the parent or guardian that you would like to add to the player's account.

STEP #4 - If this email address does not have a Crossbar account, they will receive an invitation email and will need to click the confirmation link to create an account. If they already have a Crossbar account, they can accept the invitation and will be added to the players account.

STEP #5 - Repeat the process for any sibling participants for whom you'd like to add the parent/guardian.

I'm Having trouble. Can someone from WYH manually register my child?

No. Unfortunately, the way the website is set up, only a Parent/Guardian can register a child using their Family Account. If you are having trouble signing up, please contact a member of the Board and we will try to help; however, we will not be able to manually register your child for the program. 

What is the Family Calendar?

Once logged into the website and you have been added to your teams for the season, the Family Calendar will display all of the scheduled events for all members in your family (including coaches). You can add this calendar to your Phone or Desktop computer using the available iCal feed. The calendar is updated automatically as games, practices and events are added.

I am a coach or volunteer who does not have a child on the team. How do I get access to the team page?

You will need to make sure you have a registered account on Crossbar. Once you have registered and confirmed your email address, contact us to be added to your team.

How do I access the mobile app?

You can download the Crossbar Mobile Application from the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store.

I can't seem to create an account on the mobile app.

You will need to create an account directly on the WYH website before you can sign in on the mobile application.

I don't see my team on the mobile app.

If you do not see your team on the mobile application, it is likely because you or your child has not been assigned to their team yet by the organization. If you think this is in error, please contact your child's coach.

How do I register for the season?

Once you have set up a Family Account and added Participants, you can register for any programs that are currently open and for which your child is eligible.

What payment options are available?

Payments will be made through the website and balances will be calculated during the registration process based on season tuition fees and any additional purchases (jerseys, socks, etc.) or discounts that are applied. We accept major credit cards or you can do a direct debit from your checking account to save on processing fees.

What if I have a balance due?

Families with a balance past due from previous seasons will not be allowed to register for new seasons until they have been cleared.
